TERMS OF REFERENCE

UNIFIED MANAGEMENT PLATFORM SOFTWARE

I. OBJECTIVE
The procurement of the Unified Management software is to protect end users against man-in-the middle attacks by encrypting all communications between the agent and server with certified 256-bit Advance Encryption Standard using a key that rolls every time the server tasks multiple times per day.

III. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC)
For and in consideration of the services of the provider, the HGC shall pay the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 740,000.00), inclusive of the 12% VAT.

V. DELIVERY PERIOD
15 days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed
